Nicolas red winewine is produced by Domaine Lafagewith designation of origin PGI Côtes Catalanes. It is the result of grapes 100% Grenache vines. Vintage is made in the spring to concentrate the berries. The harvest is at the beginning of October, the grapes are fully ripe. Manual harvesting in boxes of 10kg and selection on the table from the entrance of the winery. Vinification at low temperature for optimum extraction. Rest of 30 days and aged in barrels of French wood 20% of this wine for 10 months.
Bright Ruby color. In the nose gives off aromatic intensity for its high concentration of red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry, BlackBerry...). The palate is rich, round, with silky tannins. Powerful notes of black currants, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries are appreciated and flavour persists, is long.
It is ideal for pairing with magret of duck (sweet and sour), couscous, roasted lamb and ox meat.

De color rubí brillante.
NOSE
En la nariz desprende intensidad aromática por su alta concentración de fruta roja (grosella, frambuesa, mora ...).
MOUTH
Al paladar es rico, redondo, con taninos sedosos . Se aprecian potentes notas de moras, grosellas negras, frambuesas, arándanos y el sabor persiste, es largo.
