ITALIAN RED WINE: Nebbiolo Langhe 07
Exclusively Nebbiolo vineyards and Guyot training system with over 5000 strains
per hectare. Once they arrive at the winery, after a long maceration with daily pumping and
fermentation at controlled temperature and constant in stainless steel tanks. finally
the wine is aged in new barrels and used for at least ten months.
Vibrant red with orange reflections. The nose is rounded, with aromas of rose, vanilla
and ripe fruit. The palate is dry, full and harmonious, with shades of cinnamon, licorice
, jam and red fruits, well balanced and long finish.
