Red Wine Muron

The red wine dies has a twelve raising in French oak barrel. The Severino Bodega Sanz that elaborates the red wine, is located in a continental climate with large thermal oscillations and a moderate rainfall, which makes this land unique for the cultivation of the vineyard. He came with intense color with body and a complex structure with high fruit content.
 
The elaboration of red wine is classic with waste and semi -struck grapes, a cold prefermentation is carried out with a subsequent alcoholic fermentation at 25º with Segovian yeasts. Two newspapers daily via OVI. Malolactic fermentation in barrel at 20-22º C. The mature wine 5 months in bottle before going to the market. The red wine cladum is advisable to serve it at a temperature between 14th and 16th.

Pairing: The red wine dwells very well with red meats, cooked roasts and all kinds of hunting.

In view: The red wine Muron has in view a red, covered and intense red color in violet tones in fine layer.

On the nose: The red wine dies presents in the nose an intense aroma to mature black fruits with a memory to vanilla and torrefactos.

In the mouth: The red wine dies presents in mouth a balance and a special force, seasoned with a pleasant tannin in the mouth.

Alcoholic graduation of the red wine died: 14 degrees.
