• Appearance: Dense color , deep purple and announcing great concentration.
• Smell: intense, ripe black fruit expression , violets and fresh spices on a background nobly toasted .
• Taste: Full and powerful watch the beautiful ripe grapes and the character of this region. The tannins are dense and manly but perfectly mixes. The final , long, black fruit suggests the exceptional development potential of this wine.
Bottle: 0.75L
Production: After malolactic fermentation , breeding starts in French oak barrels of 225 liters. 3 withdrawals are made during the 11 months of aging in barrels. The end of farming is carried out in batch tank for an additional 4 months to make a complete harmony this wine.
Young , this wine will showcase the finest pieces of steak or grilled lamb. After a few years , it will perfectly finest dishes ( pigeon with truffle juice ... ) .
