Only Mauro is produced when the vintage Selected Harvest permits, selecting the production of vineyards chosen for their concentration and maturity. The grapes come from vineyards in the terms of Tudela de Duero and Santibanez of Valcorba. The wine was bottled unfiltered after aging for 30 months.
