Rating: Les Terrasses is the second wine . Alvaro Palacios Beside the great wines Ermita and Dofí Villa, Les Terrasses is prepared under a simpler, easy, smooth and versatile concept, but certainly not lacking in great personality and good balance of opulence and elegance.

Compiled you from grapes that the winery takes small winemakers from Priorat that they advise and direct, Les Terrasses spends a year in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and the remaining 80% of second and third year, used in the development of the first wines.

Pairings: Roasted red meats, stews, game birds.

Tasting notes:

•  Vista: cherry color violet

•  Nose: not very intense vegetal aromas

•  Boca: Tasty, structured, with fresh fruit and a touch of acidity. Be rounded.
