This wine belongs to the Lerma wineries, and has a denomination of Arlanza origin.
It is made from the 100% Tempranillo grape variety. For its elaboration, the harvest is done by hand, once the grapes have been dispatched, they are covered in small stainless steel deposits. Subsequently, a stabilization is performed for 5 days in cold to continue with alcoholic fermentation at a temperature exceeding 27ºC, finally the fermentation in French oak barrels are carried out on its own lines for 14 months.
It has an alcoholic graduation of 13.5ºC.
