The Red WineLas Retamas, is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. This wine is produced by Viñas de El Regajal, with O.D. Wines of Madrid. The winery is located on a farm HNV, where the vineyards are working according to the principles of biodynamics, in order to obtain true to their terroir wines. Production is not very big, so it takes place a rigorous selection of grapes from its own vineyards and other Community of Madrid specially chosen. During the production process of the Red wine Las Retamas, each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks until final assembly. Breeding is between 9 and 11 months in French oak barrels, which is achieved respect the fundamental values of the fruit. For bottling is not filtered or cold passes.
The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 14°C and 16°C.

Color rojo picota madura con ribete rubí, muy bien cubierto de capa.
NOSE
Elegantes aromas de frutas del bosque (mora y arándano) junto con sutiles notas especiadas (laurel y orégano) y toques balsámicos. Cierra el recorrido con un fondo de vainilla
MOUTH
Sabor carnoso y jugoso, con un tanino redondo y un paladar envolvente. Se abren nuevamente los aromas especiados que anunció en nariz. Persistente en el recuerdo.
