Rating: A wine with primary? Sayago.... smells Sayago alive, fresh fruit, offers purity primary aromas, flavors of Tempranillo ... until we start creating doubt.? Tempranillo sure? If we know the composition possibly understand why some of the notes that appear with time in the glass, smoked especially, but who cate blindly knowing only that it is a zamorano wine, you'll be surprised certainly.

Sayago has an unusual assembly, 85% tempranillo and 15% pinot noir, but very well done.'s not a very complex wine but do not understand how simple it is not, is a direct wine, with clean aromas, very well done and accessible, it is so easy to drink that is almost addictive.

Their appearance is dense, medium-high, tempranillo prevails. And the nose is particularly interesting due to the predominance of fruit, enriched with notes of black pepper, wooden pencil and a soft smoky (from the pinot noir, perhaps?). The wood is perfectly integrated tannins do not appear until very late, without disturbing. It is a balanced wine with good body, fresh whole with a subtle hint of sweetness on the palate, leaving again a smoky finish in the aftertaste.

A wine that presents as tempranillo but is dismissed as pinot noir, interesting and rich. Try it with meat dishes rather fat, sausage and ham, and a good duck stew. End the bottle!
