The Ateca winery is technically directed by Australian winemaker Sarah Morris. The red wine Honoro Vera Garnacha is a young redless without parenting and with a production of 200,000 bottles. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.

Bodegas Ateca: La seducción de la Garnacha.
Fundada en 2005 en termino municipal de Ateca, situada a tan solo 14 km de Calatayud (Zaragoza). Esta bodega al igual que otras conforma el proyecto impulsado por el empresario Jorge Ordóñez, Oro Wines, que busca la producción de vinos de calidad en las distintas regiones españolas destinados a un público estadounidense.
Al igual que otras bodegas de este sociedad, Ateca cuenta con una enóloga de procedencia Australiana Sarah Morris la cual maneja la perfección los nuevo vinos del nuevo mundo los cuales están siendo demandados en los mercados en expansión.
Esta bodega posee 55 hectáreas de viña vieja sobre suelos pizarrosos en los montes de del municipios, con una fuerte presencia de la variedad Garnacha. Ateca pertenece a Gil Family .
