SPANISH RED WINE HABITAT 2012

Made from a mix of varieties such as: syrah y garnacha.

Ageing on lees 6-8. The 20% new French and European oak, with a maceration of 7 days. 

In its development has a fermentation process in 7 days on stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26 degrees.

This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 5-8 years.

Habitat is a wine made in harmony with nature. Made with the requirements of organic farming: certified by the official agency of the European Union (eurohoja) and autonomic regulation (CCPAE). 

TASTING NOTES RED WINE HABITAT 2012

Given his brilliant and well covered cherry color predominates. 

In his sensual aromatic nose dominated to force blackberry jam, blueberry, black figs and dates. 

The palate is soft and deep with ripe tannins that offer intensity with aromatic notes of licorice licorice.

RED WINE PAIRING HABITAT 2012

This wine combines with traditional dishes of Mediterranean cuisine as prepared casseroles, also with semi-hard cheese made from sheep and cow. 

Serve this wine at a temperature of 16º -18ºC.
