RED WINE OF CHILE: GREY CARMENERE 08

Once harvested and in storage, it performs a pre-fermentation maceration at low
temperatures to extract more color and flavor, the resulting must is left
fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in barrels
French oak for 12 months but then remain in the bottle.
