Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with selected grapes. Macerate for 15 days after which the malolactic fermentation in barrel. After this period the wine is aged in barrels for at least 24 months after the remaining 3 years in bottle.

We recommend serving it between 16°C and 18°C.
