Wine red Fussion
The Vino Tinto Fussion of the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena is made with grapes Merlot (46%), Sauvignon (31%) and Bobal (23%).
Produced on a farm with a special microclimate that gives back and has targeted irrigation. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, is carried out a pre-fermentation maceration by cold at 7 ° C in order to extract the maximum amount of aromas and colors. Early bleeding of the pasta is done to guarantee smoothness on the palate. The blend is thinking of high color intensity, fruity wines and warm and unctuous mouth pass.
