Monóvar: Bodegas Monóvar, una experiencia de enoturismo única entre toneles centenarios y el Fondillón
Bodegas Monóvar está ubicada en el Km 3,2 de la carretera de Monóvar a Salinas. Elabora vinos de las variedades Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon y Merlot, siendo el más singular el Riesling, procedente del viñedo más meridional de Europa.
Sin embargo la joya de esta bodega es el Fondillón, pues posee las antiguas soleras de la familia en más de 200 toneles de roble con una edad media de 100 años. Los visitantes pueden degustar este vino de los toneles de la Sacristía, donde se guardan las soleras más antiguas de la bodega.
Bodegas Monovar es una de las bodegas vinícolas de mayor prestigio de la provincia de Alicante y la quinta y última de las bodegas singulares en entrar a formar parte del grupo MGwines.
