Red Wine Finca Biniagual Mantonegro 2014, has Designation of Origin Binissalem (Mallorca), one of the few wines 100% Mantonegro on the market. It has been prepared by Biniagual and is the result of the special collaboration of the winemakers of the winery, José Luis Segui and Isaiah with Miguel Angel Curiel Cerda and Pere Obrador, Black Ànima mater souls. The aim was to achieve maximum expression and authentic varietal character of the Majorcan Mantonegro. The result is a wine of intense color.
The nose reflects elegance, in which live wild notes, Mediterranean herbs, ripe red fruit and spicy touches (made foudres aging in 3,000 liters and 500 liter barrels of French oak for 7 months). His mouth is complex, fresh, tasty and mineral wine, which takes us over the countryside of the Balearics.
