Vino Tinto Emilio Clemente Crianza Magnum of the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena grapes Tempranillo (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), Merlot (25%) and Bobal (10%).
Made with maximum control over the optimal timing of maturation. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and is a maceration fermentation extract a higher concentration of the compounds. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and then another 12 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 14,5%.

NOSE
Destaca por su buena potencia aromática. Aromas a fruta roja algo licorosa y fruta negra compotada.
MOUTH
Notas torrefactas de moka y chocolate con leche. Es un vino estructurado, con buen equilibrio. Los taninos son redondos y muy golosos. El roble francés es el gran protagonista con su marcado carácter especiado. Buen recorrido y postgusto largo.PAIRINGS
