RED WINE OF ITALY: D'ALBA DOLCETO 09

From Vine St. Lawrence, and calcareous clay soil, low yield
vine training system is Guyot with about 4000 vines per hectare.
Once in the winery is expected to pray day long maceration with pumping
daily and a temperature-controlled fermentation tanks and constant
stainless steel. The wine is aged in new barrels and used
for at least nine months.
Intense ruby ​​color with violet reflections. On the nose aromas of violets we find,
ripe fruits like cherry and raspberry. In the mouth is hard and
structure, dominated by ripe fruit, in turn perfectly conjugated
with a mild intensity of the grape itself.
