This wine come from D.O the Altiplano Land of Sierra Nevada is elaborated by Bodegas Muñana.
It is a wine made from a grape variety 100% Merlot. The grapes after being cut is received in the shortest possible time in the cellar where destemmed and squeezes, from this paste to stainless steel tanks with temperature control, where fermentation takes place alcool. During the first 7-8 days of the maceration is performed at least two times per day. Beyond this perido is devatted, passing malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels in natural cuenvas.
Ideal service temperature: 13-14ºC
Alcohol content: 15.1% vol.
