Rating; Telmo Rodríguez was one pioneer in the discovery of garnachas Sierra de Gredos, an area from which they came delicious wines, so different from each other, depending on the orientation and especially soil composition.

Pegaso The series allows us to enjoy two very different wines: Pegaso Slate Canyons, particularly mineral grenache, with earthy notes and pencil lead, very ripe fruit aromas of mountain herbs ... and Pegasus Granite, minerality with other, more Two floral balsamic and especially honest wines, two wines that allow us to perceive the richness of Grenache, the potential of this area near Madrid and a good job.

Aging: Aged for 24-30 months in barrels of 500 and 400 L . of French oak from different backgrounds.

Graduation: 15.0%.

Optimum serving temperature, between 16ºC and 18ºC.
