Rating: René Barbier was one of the pioneers of the new Priorat reds and successfully bet this difficult area when others ignored. After his international success with Clos Mogador, bet on a peculiar terroir and some old Carignan vines over 80 years to develop this unique red, powerful personality and great persistence.
Aging: Aged for 13 months in new French oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Optimum serving temperature: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
