Winemaking with stripped and squeezed grape Cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at high temperature in closed vessels maceration 15 to 30 days depending on the starting malolactic vinified in stainless Aging 17 months in barrel Five months of rest before bottling tank, bypassing cold filtering plates and clarified with egg albumin.
