Wine red Craggy Range Aroha Pinot Noir from New Zealand Craggy Range Winery. Collected are hand picked one 60% come to the winery. The first fermentation is performed in open stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. It is subsequently aged for 11 months in French oak barrels of which 32% are new barrels, to be bottled with coarse filtration and clarification.
