TASTING NOTES RED WINE CIELO 2011:
Given known for its ruby color with violet tones.
fruity nose of great intensity flavor with hints of currant, raspberry with notes of plum, blueberry and wood details.
The palate is balanced with tannins and hints of cocoa and fruits that are associated with the aroma of the wine, with a final taste of roasted cocoa and prolonged fruit
PAIRING RED WINE CIELO 2011:
It's great as an accompaniment to any meat and grilled, and smoked sausage patties too.
Serve this wine at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
