Tasting Notes:
• Appearance: dark purple to ruby .
• Smell: complex red and black fruit with notes of fresh oak .
• Taste: full and fleshy, styled by its terroir of fine gravel , held by a refreshing and long on spices and tart red fruit finish. The assembly has a sweetness and elegance that only the soil of tawny sand can bring to the Tannat .

Production: The different varieties harvested at full phenolic ripeness plots are vinified together by plots. After a maceration of 48 hours , the extraction is carried out by light pumping associated with shedding . The fermentation temperature is controlled to 22 ° C at the start of fermentation to 28 ° C at the end . The total length of maceration Tannats rises from 25 to 28 days after the tanks.
