06 RED WINE CHÂTEAU Capion

With over 30 years, these vineyards are harvested each year a very specific. with

is picked by hand and selected. A part of the crop is subjected to a
gentle pressure. Then the fermentation begins and the temperature is controlled
not to exceed 26 º C. Then starts the reduction, then drilling
and pumping daily (daily). The process lasts 28 days. Aged in barrels
French oak. The wine is made with 60% of virgin oak for 16
months.
This is an exceptional wine. Gray color with dark purple flash. The nose
