SPANISH RED WINE CELESTE CRIANZA 2010

Part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero.

The grape variety used Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).

Aged in French and American oak for 12 months, with a maceration of 22 days.

In its development has a manoláctica fermentation process in new barrels made at a high rate for about 1 week in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C.

This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 3-7 years.

TASTING NOTES RED WINE CELESTE CRIANZA 2010:

Given known for its cherry dark cherry color.

Nose dominated intense and powerful fruit aromas of red fruits with spicy notes .

The palate is nice and round with soft tannins and a fruity finish mouth.

Serve this wine at a temperature of 14-16°C.
