Red wine Cap of Trons of Penedès, is a young wine from the cellar Ferre i Catasús. Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrahgrapes.
The mixture of these three grapes achieves a nice and tasty, wine of deep aroma of violets, and wild fruits with a deep, refined and solid color. In nose stands out raspberry, strawberry and cherry, as in mouth fresh and friendly touch.
Trons Cap shows a wine-making varieties separately and fermentation at controlled temperature of 26° C and 28° C for 16 days.
It has an alcohol content of 13%.
