Red Wine Borsao Bole Roble
This wine belongs and has an appellation of Origin from D.O. Campo de Borja (Aragón).
This made with grapes from the Garnacha 70% and 30% Syrah from vineyards between 15 to 30 years old for the Grenache and 10 years for syrah, grown both in clay-calcareous soils, stony and loamy. The wine is macerated for 3-4 days and in total between 12-15 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 22 - 26ºC. The aging of this wine is carried out for 3 months in French oak barrels Bordeaux first and second wine.
The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 14°C and 16°C.
