It is made from two varieties of grape; 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. Maceration for 3-4 days and a total between 12-15 days and subsequently the fermentation occurs of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22 ° C - 26 ° C. Has aged for 14 months in French and American oak Bordeaux barrels.
