Wine red Bomelot
The Wine red Bomelot of the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena is made with grapes Bobal (50%) and Merlot (50%).
Fermented in stainless steel tanks from selected grapes from the best plots, put special attention to the optimal timing of maturation of seeds to achieve the best balance in the mouth. There is a pre-fermentation cold maceration to extract the greatest amount of color preserving varietal aromas, postfermentativa to increase the Polyphenolic concentration. Servant for twelve months in French oak, with initial aging on Lees and two subsequent rackings.
Alcohol content: 14.5%

Color rojo cereza con buena capa y abundante lágrima.
NOSE
Aromas de fruta madura y licorosa, entrelazada con recuerdos de monte bajo, propios de la tierramque el vio nacer, y algunas notas balsámicas.
MOUTH
En boca es un vino estructurado y con buen equilibrio, predomina el carácter tánico de la uva Bobal, aunque está muy suavizado por el tiempo en barrica, que le ha aportado notas dulces y golosas de madera de tostado medio. Postgusto muy largo.VÍDEOCATA
