Red wine is a Biu Negre Crianza 2012 made from 100% Pinot Noir. It has a development process with fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 23 Hl pigeage constant during fermentation. Later features a malolactic fermentation in the same deposits.
This wine is aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.

Given known for its cherry color.
The nose shows aromas of red fruits like strawberries and raspberries.
The palate is straight and fine, marked by integrated acidity and a long finish.

The alcohol content of Biu Negre 2012 is 13.5%
