Selection of grapes from Tempranillo from porte bass, harvested at the optimal time of ripening and from old vineyards.
Gentle Destemming and crushing with a subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature and a long maceration to extract the virtues of our grapes. Step by French and American oak barrels for a minimum period of 6 months under controlled conditions of temperature, humidity and lighting.
