Red Balbás Reserva wine is made with 90% Tempranillo grape and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.

It belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Bodajas Balbas prepares large reserve wines.

It has a 24 -month breeding in 50% American oak barrel and 50% French oak, subsequently is rounded in the bottle for a period of 18 months before presenting in the market.

The Parker Guide has awarded 91 points to the Vinto Tinto Balbás Reserva. The Wine Guide "The Vitivinicola Week" in its 2013 edition has given 92 points red wine Balbás Reserva.

Serving this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before being served it is advisable to opt for an hour before and serve it once aerated.
