The winemaker of the winery is Luis Carlos Niño, has inherited the wine tradition of the Child-Toribio family. 

The elaboration is made in deposits of little volume with natural yeasts, to respect the enological potential of each of the payments. Red wine Baden Numen Roble has an 8 -month breeding in 85% French oak and 15% American oak. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
