Bodegas Azpilicueta nace en 1990 con el objetivo de elaborar vinos de calidad y buen precio en la Denominación de Origen Rioja. Su fundador Felix Azpilicueta Martínez inició un proyecto que hoy en día es un referente en los vinos de Rioja.
Los vinos tintos Azpilicueta se elaboran con 3 de variedades autóctonas como la tempranillo, la graciano, la mazuelo y los vinos azpilicueta blancos se elaboran con uvas de la variedad viura.
Bodegas Azpilicueta se ha ganado el prestigio nacional e internacional elaborando grandes cantidades de vino de calidad y precio ajustado, a base de cuidar sus 800 hectáreas de viñedo riojano durante muchos años y trabajando el proceso de elaboración usando la tradición, la tecnología y los conocimientos de su prestigiosa enóloga Elena Adell.
