SOUTH AFRICAN RED WINE, CABERNET SAUVIGNON AVONDALE HOUSE 03 OWL

EFermentación malolactic in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 16
months in French oak barrels of which 65% are new barrels and the rest
of two years. Before bottling is subjected to the process of clarification.
Intense ruby nose ripe berry, plum and certain nuances arable
conjugating them with the touch of new oak and nice tannins. in
mouth it shows a wine with body, well balanced and structured in the flavors
fruit are integrated with soft tannins, leading to a beautiful passage
mouth and long finish. A wine to be enjoyed for 10 years we keep
or more.

TASTING NOTE

VIEW

Color profundo y brillante, con una intensa tonalidad rubí que muestra cierta opacidad en el centro de la copa y bordes ligeramente morados.

NOSE

En nariz, ofrece notas de frutas negras maduras como moras y ciruelas, acompañadas de matices de cassis. Además de toques de especias como la pimienta negra y el clavo, junto con sutiles notas herbáceas y un ligero fondo de vainilla y roble.

MOUTH

En boca, es un vino bien estructurado y equilibrado. La entrada es suave, pero se desarrolla en un paladar robusto y pleno, con taninos firmes pero bien integrados. La fruta se manifiesta con intensidad, destacando las mismas notas de frutas negras.
