Wine red Authentique.

The Vino Tinto Authentique is a wine produced by Domaine Lafage, of appellation Côtes du Roussillon. Dark garnet red colour. In nose it shows aromas of red fruits, intense and fresh. The palate is wide, smooth and full-bodied and balanced.

The grapes are Carinina 50% - 40% Syrah - 10% Grenache, this wine is a blend of soils in Catalan lands. Syrah comes from the pebbles of the land overlooking the Mediterranean. The Carinina comes from the terroir of Aspres in the Pyrenees, and the black slate of the Valley Grenache D'agly.

Preparation: Manual harvesting. The entrance of the grape selection. Traditional vinification with fermentation maceration at cold. Fermentation and maceration for 21 days. Brewing in casks of French oak 1 year 20% of the wine. The remaining 80% is aged in barrels with 0ver weekly on fine Lees.
