SPANISH RED WINE ATRIUM CABERNET 2010

Part of the D.O. Penedès 

The grape variety used is cabernet sauvignon. 

It is prepared in French oak barrels for 12 months, with a maceration of 10 days. 

This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 8-10 years. 

In its development has a fermentation process of 7-8 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C.

TASTING NOTES RED WINE ATRIUM CABERNET 2010:

Given known for its ruby red color with violet and bright trim. 

On the nose intense fruity aromas accompanied by roasted slowly and refreshing spicy balsamic notes appear predominate. 

The palate is medium bodied with a great ride, fruity with good acidity with tannins present sensation and a savory aftertaste and pleasant.

RED WINE PAIRING ATRIUM CABERNET 2010:

This wine combined with any type of meat and sausage, especially beef, pork or duck. 

Serve this wine at a temperature of 15°C.

En vista destaca por su color rojo rubí con ribete violáceo y muy brillante.
NOSE
En nariz predominan los aromas afrutados acompañados de intensos tostados, con lentitud aparecen notas especiadas y refrescantes balsámicos.
MOUTH
En boca es de cuerpo medio con un gran recorrido, afrutado con una buena acidez con sensación tánica presente y con un final de boca sabroso y agradable.
