Red Wine Amunt

This wine is made from grapes of the variety Monastrell, Garnacha and Syrah. The vineyards where grapes come from are very clayish and productive land favoured by the proximity of the river Fluvià and winds so frequently of tramuntana.

Harvested very mature and prepared in traditional way with temperature controlled and frequent remontages to extract the maximum potential of the skin and step by
French oak looking to protect the fruit of the grape and give a touch of wood and roasted in wine.

This wine is associated with the castellers unit, the force (of the syrah and Mourvèdre), to agree (make the coupage of the three varieties)
