En nariz seperciben aromas de acertada intensidad. Aromas sutiles a reducción del vino con toques minerales y a frutos rojos compotados. Fondo a tabaco y especies debido a la prolongada crianza.

MOUTH

Bodegas Alta Pavina: The Spanish Pinot Noir te lleva a un mundo de sensaciones nunca antes vividas.

Bodegas Alta Pavina es una bodega española ubicada en la Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) de Tierra de Castilla y León, específicamente en la provincia de Valladolid. La bodega se encuentra en el corazón de la Reserva Natural de las Lagunas de Velilla, rodeada de un paisaje natural impresionante.

La bodega fue fundada en el año 1998 con el objetivo de producir vinos de alta calidad utilizando uvas de sus propios viñedos, que se encuentran a una altitud de entre 900 y 1000 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Los vinos de Bodegas Alta Pavina se caracterizan por su elegancia, complejidad y equilibrio, y han recibido numerosos premios y reconocimientos a nivel nacional e internacional.

Entre los vinos que elaboran Bodegas Alta Pavina se encuentran varios varietales de uva, como Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot y Sauvignon Blanc, entre otros. También produce vinos de corte, que son mezclas de diferentes variedades de uva.

La bodega cuenta con una moderna instalación de producción y una sala de barricas donde los vinos se envejecen en barricas de roble francés y americano.
