The Tempranillo vineyards are found in the Burgos municipalities of Terradillo de Esgueva and Sotillo de la Ribera. With an age between 45 and 80 years. The harvest has been entirely manual. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.

Abadía la Arroyada: Un sueño familiar
Vicente Muñoz Muñoz fue el el fundador de Bodegas Abadía la Arroyada , Vicente desciende una familia con una gran tradición vitícola, ya su abuela de mismo nombre, a principios del S. XIX ya elaboraba vino el cual lo vendía entre sus vecinos y habitantes de las pedanías cercanas.
En la actualidad algunas de las viñas utilizadas por el abuelo de Vicente, se utilizan más de 100 años después, para la elaboración de los mejores caldos de Abadía la Arroyada .
Los padres de Vicente Muñoz Muñoz. Lucila y Julián, trabajaron dichas tierras heredadas, además de la anexión de otras tierras con el fin de elaborar vinos que se degustaban en los municipios cercanos a su Terradillos de Esgueva natal, teniendo un gran existo entre los habitantes de estos.
No será antes de 2002, cuando Vicente Muñoz, junto a su esposa Teresa Samaniego y sus hijos Angela e Ignacio funden Bodegas Abadía la Arroyada la cual cuenta con 20 hectáreas dedicados a la vid.
