Variety: Toro ink (Tempranillo) from selected vineyards. 100 %monovarietal. Preparation: fermented and macerated with its skin, with temperature control, to a high extraction of all its color components, subsequently raised in American and Romanian oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Filtration, without stabilizing cold consumption: it is advisable to consume between 14 and 16 ºC. A slight oxygenation of the wine will enhance its aromatic characteristics.
Characteristics: Guinda tones and intense violets, balance of aromas of red fruits and spicy, structured, dense and very fleshy tones in the mouth.
Evolution: In the next five years, its evolution will be very positive, softening and refined its taste nuances.
