Ingredients: Milk of goat 100% aromatic enzymes, calcium chloride, rennet and salt. Approximate weight: 500 gr.

En plato presenta la corteza natural y rugosa que muestra tonos dorados y beige. La textura es firme pero ligeramente cremoso en el centro.
NOSE
En nariz deprende aromas lácteos frescos, con toques de hierba y un leve matiz a frutos secos y heno. Su olor evoca a pasto fresco, propio de su origen de cabra.
MOUTH
En boca tiene una textura suave y untuosa, con un equilibrio perfecto entre acidez y salinidad. Los sabores son intensos y lácteos, con toques sutiles de frutas y nueces. Un retrogusto agradable, ligeramente herbáceo, persiste en el paladar.
