It is characterized by being soft paste and acid, and rusty cortex. Weight approximately 350-400 gr. It is covered by the denomination of protected origin (P.D.O.) "Quesu Afuega'l ' l Pitu". Cheese is packed vacuum, with a weight of between 400 and 450 grs, and within an attractive hexagonal cardboard box.
