Cheese Afuega'l ' l Pitu Atroncau red Rebollín, is an Asturian cheese made with milk from pasteurized cow, rennet, paprika, salt and cheese.

Taste slightly acid, low-salt and spicy, with an intensity that increases with maturation, is one of the most famous traditional cheeses from Asturias. It is characterized by being soft paste and acid, and rusty cortex. Weight approximately 350-400 gr. It is covered by the denomination of protected origin (P.D.O.) "Quesu Afuega'l ' l Pitu". Cheese is packed vacuum, with a weight of between 400 and 450 grs, and within an attractive hexagonal cardboard box.

Appearance: Orange-red.

Bouquet: Aroma soft, characteristic and increases with maturation.
