The preva red wine is 90% bull ink and 10% Garnacha, from vineyards between 5 and 25 years of age located in different plots in San Román, Villaester and Morales. Bull. This wine belongs to the Bodegas Mauro, noticing its good work, achieving a modern and appetizing wine. For the elaboration of this wine, the vineyard plots are used that by their characteristics do not fit the character of the San Román, more mineral and lush. The Crima 2011 red wine has a 12 -month breeding in French and American oak barrel. Recommended service temperature between 14º and 15º C, it is not necessary to decant it, it has a guard of up to 5 years.
