Maceration of tempranillo wine is made in the cold for 24 hours. Bleeding gravity and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Racking to 225l barrels at the end of fermentation and maturation on lees for 60 days.
The alcoholic content by volume is 14.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 7°C and 10°C.
