Taste: Tasty and delicate on the palate, with fruit very persistent. Doomed, balanced and very refreshing.
Temperature: 5 º -7 º C approx. Gastronomy: Ideal with Mediterranean food (salads, paella, pasta, etc..), Asian (rice and sour food) and Indian (spicy dishes).
