The wine is composed of the variety Garnacha (60%), Tempranillo (30%) y Viura (10%).
This is a wine made by the traditional method of " bleeding " of red grapes , after holding a brief contact with the skins . Once obtained the must is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C - 15 ° C for 15-20 days in small stainless steel tanks . Once finished the fermentation process , the wine will remain for three months in new French oak barrels in its lees . After the brief passage of wine per barrel , will take place the normal processes of stabilization and filtration before bottling .
The alcoholic content by volume is 13% vol.
We recommend serving it between 8°C and 10°C.

Posee un aspecto cristalino, muestra un atractivo e intenso color rosa fresa con destellos violáceos.
NOSE
Nariz muy franca, con agradables aromas de fruta roja como fresas, frambuesas y cerezas muy bien integradas con finas notas tostadas y especiadas como el clavo, resultado del paso del vino por la barrica.
MOUTH
