A Czech beer with history, Pilsner Urquell the brewer that invented blonde beer. It is the oldest Pilsner beer in the world. It is made in the Czech city of Pilsen since 1842, and its manufacturing process remains unchanged following the original recipes.

In the mouth it has an initial taste with sparkling touch on the tip of the tongue. Honey and nut flavor. Toasted and malted grain character, slightly sweet.
In the mouth, bitterness grows rapidly, balanced by a caramel and nut flavor with a subtle creamy sweetness.

In the throat, the bitter touch remains along with the flavor of Malta in a creamy body. Almost a sensation similar to wax. Leave a different and acute bitter taste, mixed with the bitter caramelized.

Steering of bitterness fragrance of Madreselva (given by the special hops Saaz). It is a beer that achieves the perfect balance between its sweet malt and a slightly bitter final taste. Initially, the Czech beers were brown and mostly murky, until October 4, 1842, when the Bávaro beer master Joseff Groll was hired by the city of Plzen to make a blonde beer in the beer of the municipality, in order to rival the beers from Vienna.
Groll created a fresh, transparent and golden beer, crowned by a white and compact foam, which due to its special process of elaboration and quality of the ingredients has managed to maintain the passage of time as the reference beer for its characteristic flavor and color.

Its excellent quality is in the triple special cooking process, its slow fermentation, the low CO2 rate and the exclusive use of copper containers. The excellent quality of raw materials, using soft water from Plzen, elaboration of the malt with barley selects Czech, Saaz aromatic hops and the genuine yeast H.

The result is a unique and special flavor, with a delicious touch of malt on the palate and, at the same time, a soft and digestive taste that make it an easy beer to taste, being little carbonated.

Its ideal temperature of consumption is at 7ºC
